JOB BID FORM INSTRUCTIONS1.This form is to be used only by current employees. All job openings will be passed with the following exceptions. Employees may be transferred within a department without posting the job opening.2.Any employee who has been working in the same position for at least six months is eligible to bid on an opening outside their department and will be interviewed for positions for which they are qualified. If your current job is as a substitute, a temporary, or is in the same department as the job to be bid on, the length of service requirement does not apply. The six-month waiting period must be waived by the supervisor, business manager, or their designees. 3.Please print or type the information requested below. If you have a current resume, please attach a copy.4. Have your supervisor sign the completed Job Bid Form. A job bid will not be considered without this signature. 5.When complete, send a copy to the interviewing supervisor. You must keep a copy for your records also.6.You may only have one job bid active at a time.
