What the Shipping FedEx Form Covers

The Shipping FedEx Form is the collection of shipping labels, airway bills, customs declarations, and carrier-specific data fields used to prepare and move parcels via FedEx services. In the United States this form set can include shipper and recipient details, package weight and dimensions, declared value, service level selection, billing instructions, and any required export or hazardous-material declarations.
