What the Sleep Number Agreement Is and when you’ll see it

A Sleep Number Agreement is a retail sales and service contract used when purchasing Sleep Number bedding products, accessories, or financing related services. It records the parties, product model and serial numbers, payment and financing terms, delivery and installation commitments, warranty coverage, returns and cancellation rules, and any applicable service plans. For consumers it creates enforceable purchase obligations; for sellers it documents price, delivery terms, and remedies. The agreement can be signed on paper or electronically if the parties meet applicable e-signature requirements.

Why a clear Sleep Number Agreement matters

A precise Sleep Number Agreement reduces disputes by documenting product details, delivery and warranty terms, and payment obligations in writing. It clarifies who pays for shipping or installations and what steps trigger returns, chargebacks, or repossession for financed purchases.

Why a clear Sleep Number Agreement matters

Common parties and roles involved in completing the agreement.

  • Customers and co-signers: Primary buyers, co-borrowers, or joint account holders who must provide legal names and signatures.

  • Finance or credit providers: Entities that originate or service installment agreements and may require additional disclosures.

Confirm each signer’s authority and whether a co-signer or guarantor signature is required before finalizing.
