SNOW PLOW SERVICES CONTRACT This agreement is entered into by and between       , (hereafter "Employer") and       , (hereafter "Contractor"). NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, Employer hires Contractor, and Contractor agrees to work for Employer under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the parties 1. Scope of Services. Employer agrees to hire Contractor to remove snow during the winter months and to perform the following service             2. Term of Employment.
