The Software PowerSuite License is a legally binding agreement that grants a licensee specified rights to use, distribute, or modify the Software PowerSuite application under defined terms. Typical provisions cover license scope (per-user, site, or enterprise), permitted environments, sublicensing rules, subscription or perpetual fee schedules, maintenance and support obligations, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnities, and termination rights.
