What the TaylorMed Service Agreement Covers

The TaylorMed Service Agreement is a written contract that defines the relationship between TaylorMed and a client or partner for delivery of medical services, technology access, or administrative support. It sets scope, performance standards, fees, data handling rules, confidentiality and signature requirements. For health-related engagements the agreement commonly references HIPAA obligations and may include a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Electronic execution is generally enforceable under ESIGN (15 U.S.C. ch. 96) and state UETA statutes where applicable.

Why a Clear Service Agreement Matters

A well-drafted TaylorMed Service Agreement reduces operational ambiguity, clarifies payment and termination terms, preserves patient-data safeguards under HIPAA, and creates an auditable record suitable for electronic signing under ESIGN and UETA.

Why a Clear Service Agreement Matters

Who typically completes the TaylorMed Service Agreement

Healthcare organizations, third-party vendors, and administrative partners commonly use this agreement when arranging clinical services, IT access, billing, or shared workflows.

  • Healthcare providers and clinics who contract with TaylorMed for onsite or telehealth services
  • Third-party vendors (labs, billing companies) that require a BAA or defined service level
  • Administrators and procurement teams responsible for contracting, compliance, and payments

Selecting the appropriate signatory and verifying authority before execution reduces later disputes and improves enforceability.

  • Overlooking required exhibits or signed attachments (SOWs, price schedules), causing partial or ambiguous contract performance expectations.

Principal risks and potential penalties
