Teacher shall perform duties including instruction, lesson planning, student assessment, parent communication, supervision during assigned duties, and other responsibilities assigned by Employer consistent with Teacher's position.

PAYMENT TERMS

Employer will compensate Teacher in accordance with the terms below. All payments are subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings as required by law.

This arrangement commences on and terminates on unless earlier terminated in accordance with this section.

Either party may terminate this arrangement without cause by providing written notice to the other party at least days prior to the effective termination date. Employer may terminate immediately for cause, including but not limited to substantiated misconduct, material breach of this document, or loss of required credentials.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Teacher acknowledges that in the performance of duties, Teacher will have access to confidential student information, proprietary materials, and personnel records. Teacher agrees not to disclose such confidential information except as required by law or in connection with performing duties for Employer. This obligation survives termination of this document.

GOVERNING LAW

This document and any disputes arising under it shall be governed by the laws of the State of without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Employer and Teacher with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral and written agreements, representations, and understandings. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.
