What the Tile & Stone Supply Agreement Covers

A Tile & Stone Supply Agreement is a commercial contract that sets the terms for the sale, delivery, inspection, and payment of tile and stone materials between a supplier and a buyer. It defines product specifications, quantities, pricing, lead times, shipping terms, risk of loss, inspection windows, warranty scope, and remedies for defects or delays. The agreement also allocates responsibilities for packaging, handling, customs (if applicable), and any applicable retention or lien waivers. Use it to reduce disputes and create a clear record of each transaction.

Why a Written Supply Agreement Matters

A clear written contract reduces ambiguity about product specs, delivery timing, acceptance testing, and payment terms, lowering the chance of disputes or unexpected costs.
