Common Preparation Pitfalls to Avoid

  • Ambiguous cancellation language often leads to customer disputes when timelines or refund percentages are described vaguely or using relative phrasing rather than calendar dates.
  • Failing to require specific traveler documentation (passport numbers, visa copies) before final payment causes last-minute compliance problems and potentially denied boarding.
  • Using weak signer authentication or no audit trail undermines enforceability and complicates resolution of chargebacks or liability claims.
  • Storing only image-signed PDFs without exportable audit logs can hinder regulatory compliance and long-term retention policies.
