TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

1. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below: "Tournament" means the competitive event described above, including all related activities, matches, practice sessions, and ceremonies; "Venue" means the physical location where the Tournament is conducted; "Participant Materials" means any equipment, forms, or intellectual property supplied by Participant.

2. ELIGIBILITY, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Participant represents and warrants that Participant meets all eligibility requirements established by Organizer, that all information provided in connection with registration is true, complete and not misleading, and that Participant will comply with the rules and instructions issued by Organizer. Participant further warrants that Participant has no medical condition that would preclude safe participation in the Tournament.

3. REGISTRATION; FEES; PAYMENT

Participant shall pay the registration fee set by Organizer as a condition of entry. Fees are non-transferable except at Organizer's sole discretion. Organizer may withhold participation privileges until payment is received in full.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK; RELEASE; WAIVER

Participant acknowledges that participation in the Tournament involves inherent risks of physical injury, property damage, and other losses. Participant freely and voluntarily assumes all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant hereby releases, waives and discharges Organizer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of Participant's participation in the Tournament, whether arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

5. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION; INSURANCE

Participant authorizes Organizer to obtain emergency medical treatment deemed necessary by medical personnel in the event of injury or illness and agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with such treatment. Participant is encouraged to maintain personal health insurance covering participation in the Tournament; Organizer does not provide medical insurance for participants.

6. CONDUCT; DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Participant agrees to comply with all rules, regulations and directions issued by Organizer or Venue staff. Organizer reserves the right to suspend or expel Participant for unsportsmanlike, abusive, illegal or unsafe conduct. Organizer may impose sanctions including disqualification and monetary fines where appropriate.

7. CANCELLATION; POSTPONEMENT; REFUND POLICY

Organizer may cancel, postpone or modify the Tournament for safety, weather, public health, or operational reasons. In the event of cancellation by Organizer, Organizer's liability shall be limited to a refund of registration fees, less reasonable administrative costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Participant will have no claim for consequential or incidental damages.

8. MEDIA AND PUBLICITY

Participant grants Organizer a perpetual, nonexclusive, royalty-free right to photograph, record, reproduce, publish and otherwise use Participant's name, image, likeness and performance in connection with the Tournament for promotional, marketing, archival and commercial purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

Participant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from Participant's acts or omissions, breach of this Agreement, or violation of any applicable law or rule.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORGANIZER OR THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE TOURNAMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ORGANIZER'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE REGISTRATION FEE PAID BY PARTICIPANT.

11. PRIVACY

Organizer may collect and use Participant's personal information in connection with administration of the Tournament, including registration, results, emergency contact and communications. Organizer will handle such information in accordance with Organizer's privacy practices and applicable law. Participant consents to such collection and use for reasonable Tournament-related purposes.

12. NOTICES

All notices required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered to the addresses set forth below or to such other address as a Party may specify in writing.

13. AMENDMENTS; WAIVER; COUNTERPARTS

This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument signed by both Parties. No waiver of any breach shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the waiving Party. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

14. GOVERNING LAW; ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Venue is located, without regard to conflict of laws principles. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

If Participant is under the age of majority in Participant's jurisdiction, Participant's parent or legal guardian must sign this Agreement and thereby assume all obligations of Participant hereunder. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
