Terms & Conditions

Payment is due net days from date of issue. Balances unpaid after the due date shall incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, calculated from the due date until paid. The payer agrees to reimburse carrier for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs.

Disputes concerning billed amounts must be submitted in writing to the carrier within 10 days of invoice receipt, specifying the nature and basis of the dispute. Failure to timely dispute an item shall be deemed acceptance of the charge. Carrier's liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the lesser of actual proven loss or three times the transportation charge for the affected shipment, except where a different limit is agreed in writing. Payer remains responsible for all undisputed amounts.

By providing payment information and authorizing payment, the payer certifies that the goods or services listed were received in satisfactory condition and agrees to these terms. If payment is made by credit card or ACH, the payer authorizes the carrier to charge the payment method provided for the total amount shown on this invoice, including applicable fees and accrued interest.

Certification: The undersigned certifies under penalty of perjury that the services described above were performed in accordance with carrier instructions and applicable law, and that the amounts billed are just, true, and correct to the best of the undersigned's knowledge.

What the Transportation Fee Payment Is

A Transportation Fee Payment is a documented instruction and acknowledgment that covers charges for transportation services, such as passenger pickup, cargo delivery, or scheduled route fees. It typically itemizes the fee amount, service dates, payer and payee details, and any taxes or surcharges. Organizations use this document to authorize charges, create a receivable, and maintain an audit trail for accounting and compliance. Electronic execution and retention are acceptable under U.S. e-signature laws when the transaction meets intent, consent, attribution, and retention requirements.

Why a Clear Transportation Fee Payment Matters
