Plaintiff agrees to pay the cost of this action. 10. There is no reasonable likelihood that the marriage between the parties can be preserved and, therefore, their marriage is irretrievably broken. WHEREFORE, your plaintiff prays that he/she be awarded a divorce from the bond of matrimony on the ground of being separate and apart without cohabitation and without interruption for a period of time in excess of one year; that neither party receive maintenance from the other; that plaintiff pay the costs of this action; and that your plaintiff be awarded such other relief that as to equity may seem meet and that the nature of plaintiff’s cause may require.
