Plaintiff is domiciled in and has been an actual bona fide resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia for more than six months preceding the commencement of this suit. 6. That the parties last cohabitated together as husband and wife at ______, Midlothian, Chesterfield County, Virginia, in October, _____. 7. That the parties separated on or about Month , year , and have lived separate and apart, without any cohabitation and without interruption, since their separation on DDD, a period of more than one year. 8. The parties have no marital property or marital debts; 9. Neither party has requested maintenance from the other, and each hereby waives all right to periodic maintenance. 10. Plaintiff agrees to pay the cost of this action. 11. There is no reasonable likelihood that the marriage between the parties can be preserved and, therefore, their marriage is irretrievably broken. WHEREFORE, your plaintiff prays that he/she be awarded a divorce from the bond of matrimony on the ground of being separate and apart without cohabitation and without interruption for a period of time in excess of one year; that the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court of Chesterfield County have jurisdiction regarding the child born of the parties; that neither party receive maintenance from the other; that plaintiff pay the costs of this 2 action; and that your plaintiff be awarded such other relief that as to equity may seem meet and that the nature of plaintiff’s cause may require.
