PDF font you can see this is the PDF form so you know the PDF form is like the piece of printed paper so you can't change or modify anything without the permission of the developer who already made this PDF file okay so that's why how we can fill it up without pen and paper I'm gonna show you it's very easy way come in here you can see that we are right now in the preview option this is for Apple Mac computer so it's not like the another computer it's for Apple Mac so you can see in here okay so now the application form is if we go to app you can see some of the toolbars are in here okay so you can see here it's saying show markup toolbar so we need to go to show markup toolbar just we need to click this that one so when we press that on you can see under that we got some more tools bar in here okay so we're gonna work in here now so it has like the plan job option we will not do everything today because you can select uh text selection and lots of things you can do with this toolbar but we I'm gonna show you like just only how to fill up this form and how you can send to your like the any anybody to email or something you need you can do that okay so you can see the top all the toolbar yeah so when you are a bit familiar with like this toolbar after that this is your application form of like the PDF application form okay so you can see introduction application form so that's the 13 caps introduction application form so you can put like any kind of application forms similar like PDF you can do same thing okay so if I make it bit bigger that's more good to see okay so now what I need to do you can see here is set like the text okay what we need to do we need to go to that text that box okay so we need to place every time that text box to fill it up so how I gonna show you just we need to press that on when we press you can see here set text okay so we need to select on the middle text things then we need to write whatever we want to write so first I'm gonna write X suppose X I'm gonna put in here then I need to just hold it with the mouse and put in the which place I want to put it okay suppose I want to put in here so as a new applicant I want to show I am a new applicant so that's why I put in here now if you go in up you can see here is set a a that's the text style if you click that right now we are in Ariel and black the color so you can can make it be more like bigger or smaller whatever you like okay you have more other option as well so right now I'm gonna show this one you can play around with okay later and you have plant your style in here okay so you can sue sort about you like okay then what we're gonna do we can put it like the you know like the position like right position which place we want to put then after that you can see your details so you can every time you want to write anything you need to go to text in this one just click that then select on the middle or you can just put in first in here then select the middle then write whatever you want suppose I'm gonna put my keyband name so I'm gonna write node okay then again I will go to the text part just click that hold that on put in the right position and select the text then I'm gonna write whatever I want to write okay same things you're gonna do for every section suppose now I'm gonna put my mobile number in here suppose I'm gonna put a mobile number suppose here I'm gonna put 0450 some 777 333 so now how are we gonna fix it up if you click this one and hold it and put it like that way you can see it's already fixed up for your right position okay so you can play around with that so it's very very simple and easy okay so that's how you're gonna fill everything in here but if you come to driver signature so that's the very important most of the people is bit I think it's a bit harder for the driver signature or something any signature when you put so what you need to do if you go to app you can see here it said sign okay so under the sign if you click that your camera will open for your Mac computer okay or you can go from your iPhone as well so it says sign your name on white paper then hold it to be visible to the camera so what what you need to do you need to sign in I'm gonna show you then you set you can do the full name given name family name whatever you like or you can Customs as well but we will not do that and we will keep the perfect signature so if the description is none okay then you need to take a piece of paper Okay so take take piece of paper and sign your give your signature whatever is your real sicknesser so I am putting a signature in here so just show uh show to you then put in just in here in the camera on this line so when you put on the line it will automatically take your signature in the board so then you're gonna put done and it will automatically save to your this form as a PDF like signature okay so this signature whenever you want to use you can use any anywhere the same signature okay so you can see I put just a signature in here so that's how you can put your own signature okay so when you fill it up you think everything is fine for you then you're gonna make sure your all the part is already filled okay so when is field what you need to do if you go to app you see the file option in the file option if you come bit down set export okay so go to export then you can see is set export as the name you need to put the name in here so I'm gonna put suppose is 13 caps on three caps okay so where are I gonna put put in a desktop then you see the format so if you click this one you have the plenty of option like you can change the format as well but I'm Gonna Keep PDF because I need to send this document as a PDF file okay then save it when you save it you're gonna see like where I already saved in on my desktop I can open it again here when I open it you can see here is my PDF file now if you click any particular part you can modify later if you need to change anything okay suppose you make maybe mistake when you finish after that you realize oh I made some mistake so you can change just click it and you can change whatever you like then you can save again okay that's how you can fill up a PDF file and you can save to your desktop or whatever and you can send to your wherever you need to send Okay so so it's very very simple and easy if
