How to eSign a document: soda pdf signature

hey everyone and welcome to so de PDFs how to choose days this week we're going to be covering how to electronically sign a document with a sign using Soda PDF before we begin don't forget to let us know in the comments what topics you'd like to see us cover in the future when you send a document package for signing each recipient will receive an email and in my email is a link that opens up the soda PDF assigned signing ceremony you can begin signing your documents by clicking here you can configure the aesthetic for your signature or your initials this arrow will tell you what is being requested and then you can click under my signature and choose the plus option under signature or initials it will open up a window where you have a few choices if you want to just type out your name you can update it over here and then click to choose the font that you want to use you have the choice of also uploading an image by clicking on the upload button browsing your computer and choosing the image file of your signature you can also choose to draw out your signature by holding down the left mouse button and moving your cursor as if it were a pen when you are ready click on apply' you are now ready to begin signing your document this is what a signature field will look like if you happen to move anywhere else in the document you can click where it says go to the next document to be brought back to the signature field click in the field to sign it and click again once all the fields have been clicked on you can choose the green send package option to finalize this you now have the choice to either view your package or you can exit and with that you've signed your document using Soda PDF well that's all there is to it everyone make sure to catch next week's videos on how to manage document pages within - PDF follow us on Twitter like us on Facebook and subscribe to our channel to stay up to date with everything happening in the world of soda PDF thanks again for watching everyone please have a wonderful week
