AGREEMENT TO PARTITION COMMUNITY PROPERTY (Creating Joint Tenancy with Right of Survivorship) STATE: _____________________________ COUNTY: _____________________________ 1. This Agreement has been fully explained to Husband and Wife and each of them has carefully read this Agreement and is completely aware of both its content and its legal effect.
