Contract to Paint Portrait This Contract is made this the ____ day of ___________, 20___, between ______________________ of _____________________________________ (street address, city, state, zip code), hereafter referred to as “Artist,” and __________________________ of ___________________________________ (street address, city, state, zip code), hereinafter referred to as “Customer.”The undersigned Artist and Customer agree as follows:1. Customer shall pay to Artist the sum of $______________on execution of this Agreement and the balance of $________________when the work is completed to the reasonable satisfaction of Customer.2.
