Enrollment is subject to acceptance by the BMAT Math Foundation administration. Acceptance will be confirmed in writing. Payment obligations commence upon acceptance and are governed by the payment option selected above. Late payments may result in removal from the course. All tuition and fee amounts are due in accordance with the invoice issued at acceptance and are non-transferable except as set forth in the refund policy below.

Refund and withdrawal policy: a full refund, less a non-refundable administrative fee, will be issued if written withdrawal is received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course start date. Withdrawals made less than 14 days prior to course start may be eligible for a partial refund at the sole discretion of BMAT administration. No refunds will be made for voluntary withdrawal after the first scheduled class meeting, except as required by law or where program cancellation by BMAT occurs.

Code of conduct and academic integrity: applicants must comply with all BMAT course rules, respect instructors and classmates, and uphold academic honesty. Plagiarism, cheating, disruptive behavior, or harassment may result in dismissal without refund. BMAT reserves the right to impose disciplinary measures for violations.
