6. I have no dependent child who has a dependent support obligation as prescribed in the judgment of divorce. 7. (reasons) a. I, and not plaintiff, am the principal owner of the property upon which I reside, and i have the right to decide what shall happen to the amount of the property upon which I reside when i die. B. My primary residence is in the county where plaintiff resides, and a person residing in the county wherein I reside or who has a claim upon the property shall not in any case have authority over such property as to the extent of the claim in respect hereto, nor under any circumstances to deprive plaintiff of the rights which plaintiff has under the judgment of divorce. (reasons as above stated in the original application, filed in the county where plaintiff resides, or where a claim upon property is to be had, if it was required before.) c. I have no assets, or income to be used for support of my child or dependent child, and I do not expect to maintain said child or relative child after my death. E. I have no assets, or income to be used for support of any other dependent person under the judgment of divorce. 8. The judgment of divorce states that if any of the parties is able and willing to pay me the full amount of alimony or support, the amount so desired shall be determined by the court of (city, state) or i have an equal interest in property which is in the county of (name of county). The court will not enter a judgment for more than the exact amount of support herein stated. 9. If an agreement is reached between me and plaintiff in this matter, the judgment of dissolution of marriage would be set aside and the divorce decree entered, and the alimony or support ordered by the decree would be vacated and terminated. No alimony order would be entered under the above-entitled action under the following circumstances: a. I do not own any real estate in the county wherein I live, but have property in the county where plaintiff lives through a spouse, or through a person who has a claim upon the property. B. I have property in the county wherein I live which i am not required to maintain under the decree of divorce, and I have made an agreement to pay a substantial fraction of its value to me as alimony or payment of my child support obligations.
