6. Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release

By signing below, the Participant and Parent/Guardian expressly assume all risks and release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Coach, coaching staff, facility owners and affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury sustained while participating, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the released parties.

7. Conduct, Safety and Discipline
