Artist shall retain copyright in and title to the work products created or contributed by designer pursuant to this agreement, either individually or as part of any team, unless otherwise specified by designer in written agreement. Artist further agrees that it will not use any portion of artist's creations or contributions to any other work or use the artist's creative skills in any commercial project without prior permission from the owner and artist hereby grants artist and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and design agencies, and assigns this right free of charge. B. Artist shall have no right whatsoever to use any component of the design, including any typography, colors, images, or artwork. C. Artists' copyright in and to any component of the design, whether written, conceptualized, or otherwise, shall be perpetual except as otherwise specified in the license. D. Owner shall have no obligation, which owner shall be liable to artist, to provide any services, facilities, resources, or services required in connection with the creative design process including, but not limited to, the production and editing of art or editing to prepare art for printing. E. Artist shall not remove, alter or alter material that is in the public domain that was created by or with an individual who was legally licensed to create it. F. Artist hereby grants all others, who may use its work products under cc BSA, a royalty free license to use and redistribute its design or artwork as long as artist retains all rights. G. Artist shall not perform any work or work product that is in violation of cc licenses. This license is effective until terminated by either party and the rights granted hereunder shall terminate if the person creating the cc-licensed work violates this agreement or the cc-by-sa licenses.
