CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact, the court concludes as a matter of law that the plaintiff is entitled to a Final Decree of Divorce from the defendant on the ground of living separate and apart for six (6) uninterrupted months without cohabitation, with a separation agreement, pursuant to the Code of Virginia, Title 20, Chapter 6, Section 20-91.
