What the Employee Booth Attendant Agreement Covers

The Employee Booth Attendant Agreement is a written employment contract that defines duties, schedule, compensation, conduct expectations, and liability allocation for staff assigned to a sales or promotional booth at events, trade shows, or on-site locations. It clarifies supervision, permitted interactions with attendees, confidentiality of lead information, and equipment responsibility. The agreement commonly covers duration, shift times, pay rate or commission structure, expense reimbursement, and termination conditions. Employers use it to set consistent expectations and to document acceptance of rules and safety procedures before an employee begins booth duties.

Why a Clear Agreement Matters for Booth Staff

A clear Employee Booth Attendant Agreement reduces misunderstandings, protects employer and worker interests, and documents compensation and safety responsibilities. It streamlines onboarding for temporary or event-based staffing, supports compliance with wage and labor laws, and provides written grounds for corrective action.
