Mutual Release of Claims based on Real Estate Purchase Contract This Mutual Release is made on the ___ day of __________, 20___, between _________________ of (street address, city, county, state, zip code) , referred to herein as Seller, and ______________________ ,a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of ______________, herein referred to herein as Buyer.
