AMENDMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY DESCRIPTION (Pipeline) STATE: COUNTY: This Agreement, dated _____, is between _____ (as “Grantor”), and _____ (as “Grantee”). By Right of Way dated _____, recorded in Volume _____, page _____ of the _____ Records of _____ County, _____, Grantor granted and conveyed to Grantee a right of way (“Original Right of Way”) and perpetual easement for a pipeline across Grantor’s property situated in _____ County, _____, described as follows: (Description of Land) The centerline description of the Original Right of Way was erroneously stated. The parties desire to amend it without altering or amending the Original Right of Way in any other respect.
