An application has been made to the Justice of the Peace Court by the above garagekeeper for the issuance of an authorizati on to conduct a lien sale. 2. You have a legal right to a full hearing in this Court and if you so desire, you must indicate same by marking DECLARATION OF INTENT TO CONTEST section on the answer to claim sheet. If you mark this section a hearing will be promptly scheduled and you may then appear to contest the claim of the garagekeeper. 3. Should you wish to release your inte rest, right, or title to the property in question, you would do so by marking the RELEASE OF OWNERS INTEREST section on the answer to claim sheet. If you and any lienholders release your interest in the property, the garagekeeper will be issued an authorization to conduct a garagekeeper’s sale, to sell the property in question. 4. IT SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD THAT UNLE SS THE ENCLOSED ANSWER TO CLAIM WITH THE DECLARATION OF INTENT TO CONTEST SECTION IS SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 20 DAYS (FROM THE DA TE ON WHICH IT WAS MAILED), THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE WILL ISSUE THE AUTHORIZATION TO SELL THE ABOVE PROPERTY ON DAY OF , 20 AT A.M./P.M.
