What the HR Retainer Case Supervisor Form Is

The HR Retainer Case Supervisor Form documents an ongoing advisory or retainment arrangement between an employer and an HR case supervisor who will manage employee relations, investigations, or compliance matters. It records scope of services, retainer fees or hourly rates, contact data for the supervisor and client, reporting cadence, confidentiality expectations, and effective dates. Use this form to create a clear, auditable record of the supervisory retainer so internal teams know responsibilities and timelines and external advisors understand billing and authority limits.

Why a Clear Retainer Form Matters

A formal HR Retainer Case Supervisor Form reduces ambiguity about who handles employee investigations, avoids duplicate assignments, and establishes billing and confidentiality terms tied to federal and state compliance obligations.
