Contact Info: Phone and business email
Service Scope: Detailed service list

Control Evidence: SOC/ISO/BAA status
Authorized Signer: Name, title, signature

Consequences of Inaccurate or Late Responses

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Providing incomplete attachments such as redacted SOC reports that omit control attestations, which increases follow-up and delays audit closure.
  • Using an informal or abbreviated legal name that does not match the contract or tax records, causing mismatches in vendor records and payment holds.
  • Failing to declare subcontractors or cloud subprocessors in the data access section, which can leave unassessed exposure in the supply chain.
  • Missing required signature details or using initials only when a full signature block is specified, creating questions about attestation validity.
