Common Preparation Mistakes to Avoid

  • Using informal or mismatched payer names leads to invoice disputes and slows accounts-receivable reconciliation for sponsored registrations.
  • Failing to specify session codes or delivery formats creates scheduling conflicts and requires manual corrections by administrators.
  • Collecting sensitive health details without a HIPAA-compliant workflow risks privacy violations and regulatory exposure when PHI is stored improperly.
