License Agreement Allowing Search on Property for Antique Bottles Agreement made on the ___ day of __________, 20___, between __________________ of _______________________________________(street address, city, county, state, zip code), referred to herein as Owner, and _________________________ , a not for profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of _____________, with its principal office located at ____________________________________________ (street address, city, county, state, zip code), referred to herein as Licensee.Whereas, Licensee and its members (hereafter jointly referred to as Licensee) collect antique bottles; and Whereas, Licensee goes on various properties from time to time to dig and look for antique bottles; and Whereas, Owner is the owner of property located at ______________________________ (street address, city, county, state, zip code); Whereas, Licensee desires to go onto said property to dig and look for antique bottles; Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: In consideration of the payment of $10.00, cash in hand paid, receipt of which is acknowledged, Owner grants to Licensee the exclusive right and privilege, at any and all times during the term provided for below, to enter upon, excavate, search for, and remove all antique bottles from all or any part of the following-described real property situated in the County of __________, State of ___________. (Insert Legal Description) 1.Owner warrants that he owns the above-described property (hereafter called Property) and the right to convey and grant the rights and privileges provided in this Agreement.2.The term of this Agreement shall begin on (date) and end on (date).3. It is agreed and understood that Owner shall, at all times during the term of this Agreement, have the use of any and all parts of Property for any and all purposes except those portions actually being occupied and used by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement. Licensee shall have the right of ingress and egress to and from Property to be used by Licensee.4.Licensee shall have the right to place on the Property all necessary equipment and tools required by Licensee in connection with its operations on Property, but shall remove all of such equipment and tools upon termination of this Agreement and at any time prior to such termination. 5.It is agreed that this Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of ______________.6. Licensee shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless from and against any and all liability for personal injuries, property damage, or for loss of life or property resulting from, or in any way connected with, the condition or use of the Property, or any means of ingress to or egress from such Property.
