ANNUAL MINUTES NOTES 1) The number of Directors of a corporation shall not be less than 3, except that if all shares of a corporation are owned beneficially and of record by fewer than 3 Shareholders, the number of Directors may be less than 3, but not less than the number of Shareholders. You must also provide the address of your Director(s). 2) You must have at least a President, and a Treasurer. You should also have and a Secretary. The same individual may hold two or more offices. Such consent herein and hereto is evi denced by the signatures of the Shareholders and Directors of the corporation affixed hereto. The Shareholders and Directors acknowledge that it is necessary or desirable to take various annual actions in connection with the corporation in accordance with Maine Business Corporation Act.
