The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement is attached as “Exhibit A” to the Joint Complaint filed in this case. The Joint Complaint is attached hereto as “Exhibit 1”.8. Party ___________________________, requests that her former name of ___________________________ be restored unto her. This request is not made for any illegal or fraudulent reason. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact, the court concludes as a matter of law that the Parties are entitled to a Judgment of Absolute Divorce from each other on the grounds of irreconcilable differences.
