LIMITATION ON SUBSTANCES COVERED BY LEASE Form 1. This Lease covers only oil and gas. The terms oil and gas are defined as liquid hydrocarbon substances and gaseous substances, inclusive of substances in solution or held in suspension, which are necessarily produced along with, or as an incidental byproduct of oil or gas. All other minerals in, on, or under the lands that are the subject of this Lea se are expressly reserved by Lessor. Form 2. This Lease only covers oil, gas, and all other liquefied and gaseous hydrocarbons, together with other associated products mined or refined as byproducts of or in connection with oil and gas production. Form 3. This Lease only grants to the Lessee rights in oil, gas, and other liquefied and gaseous hydrocarbons and those nonhydrocarbon substances produced in association with oil and/or gas. All other minerals in, on, or under the lands are expressly excepted from this Lease and reserved by Lessor. Form 4. This Lease covers only oil, gas, and all other hydrocarbons. The rights to all other minerals are expressly excluded from this Lease, except those associated hydrocarbons that a re saved or refined as a product of oil, gas and other hydrocarbons, or in connection with the commercial production of oil, gas and other hydrocarbons from the lands that are the subject of this Lease. Form 5. This Lease shall cover only oil and gas and related hydrocarbons that may be produced through the well bore; and all other minerals, including, but not limited to, lignit e, coal, uranium, sulphur, gravel, copper, and metallic ores are not includes in this Lease. Form 6. There is excepted from this Lease and reserved to Lessor, all lignite, coal, urani um and metallic ores, and it is understood and expressly provided that the terms “mineral” , “minerals”, and “other minerals”, whenever and wherever used in this Lease shall not refer to a nd shall not include lignite, coal, uranium and metallic ores. There shall be no strip mining under this Lease. Form 7. Reference to “AND MINERAL LEASE” in the heading and all other references to “other minerals” are expressly deleted, and this Lease is granted to Lessee for the purposes of exploring, prospecting, drilling, and mining for and producing only oil, gas and other liquid hydrocarbons that may be produced through the well bore and does not extend to any hard hydrocarbons or other minerals. Form 8. It is specifically understood and agreed that hard minerals and uranium are not include d in this Lease and that the lease covers only oil, liquid hydrocarbons, gases, and their respective by-products. Form 9. Reference in this Lease to “other minerals’ shall be deemed to include only oi l, gas and the associated liquid hydrocarbons and sulphur as may be produced with and extracted from oil, gas, and associated hydrocarbons, and shall not include (and there is expressly reserved to Lessor) all coal, lignite, uranium, vanadium, thorium, fissionable minerals and mat erials, sulphur or any unrelated or hard minerals. Lessor expressly reserves the right of ingress and egress to the lands for the purposes of prospecting, mining, and recovering all other minerals.
