note: "pursuant to the terms and conditions of [lease agreement or other written documents], I have a right to enter the premises upon reasonable notice to end the lease” means that when a landlord gives a sign to the tenant in writing to end the lease, the landlord has the right to enter the premises to get out the tenant. This can happen when the tenant has entered the property without paying for the rent, or the landlord wants to go out to the property to look for things that he says are the landlord's tenants or pets. 4. If the landlord gets a court order against the tenant a tenant may have an eviction process even if the landlord can't get a court order against the tenant. This process is called the writ of possession and is a process where a judge can legally terminate the tenancy for any reason or no reason. The tenant may have to leave (get out), vacate and surrender the space to the landlord, but at the same time, the landlord is being given a writ of possession. This means that if the landlord does not get a court order against the tenant when he wants to do so, once the landlord gets the writ, he may be able to evict the tenant at any time as long as the eviction process is working correctly. The process of having a writ of possession is as follows: the tenant has a lease or rental agreement. The tenant pays his rent and pays taxes. The tenant does not pay the rent anymore. The tenant will be given a writ of possession to give to the landlord. The writ of possession will only give the landlord a warrant for the tenant's eviction if the tenant has already been evicted for nonpayment of rent or a reason like not getting home on time after a scheduled visit. If the tenant has not been evicted for any of these reasons (for example, because the tenant lives on a mobile home park property or in federally owned or leased buildings), the landlord will not get a writ of possession for any reason. The landlord must go to the city or county court. The landlord must go to the court with the notice of termination and proof of notice. On the notice of termination, the landlord states the tenant has not paid his rent and gives the tenant one day to pay the rent. The person having the notice of termination has one day left to pay the rent so he or she has to send the notice of termination to the landlord as soon as possible.
