Whereas, Bailee owns and operates a storage facility located at __________________________________________________ (street address, city, county, state, zip code) ; and Whereas, Bailor desires to store the property described below at said storage facility; Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: I. Bailee hereby agrees to store the above-described vehicle (Property) for Bailor for ______________ (period of time) in consideration of a storage charge of $__________ per month, receipt of which for the first ________________ (number of months) months is hereby acknowledged. III. Storage is payable in advance, and if monthly storage is not paid when due, the daily rate of $ ___________ will be charged. IV. Bailor waives all value of the Property exceeding $______________, and Bailee assumes no liability for theft, collision, fire, or damage in any case. V. In no case shall liability include anything for loss of use of Property. Liability is limited to $______________ for any damage occurring while Property is in the custody of Bailee, and any such damage to Property must be reported by Bailor to Bailee before it is taken from the possession of Bailee or liability for any such damage shall be considered to be waived by Bailor.
