Fill and Sign the Release Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement Whereas Form

INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT WHEREAS, ____________________________ agreed to purchase property from ____________________________ shown as Lots ___________ and _________ on the attached plat; and WHEREAS, a portion of said property was planted in pines with government assistance in _____________, 20______ and said assistance being in the amount of $_______________; and WHEREAS, _______________________ has given ____________________________ credit toward the purchase price for the pro rata portion of the $___________ remaining on a _______ (_______) year contract with the government; and WHEREAS, ____________________________ agrees to abide by the terms, provisions and conditions of the agreement and contract with the government regarding said assistance.
