(amount of money agreed), to be returned to lessee for each month at which more than one room in premises remains uninsulated with the intent to keep such rooms as such insulated and to prevent the sale of heat to the surrounding neighborhood for the purpose of insulating such rooms, to the extent that rents paid for such rooms are sufficient, to cover the costs to clean the aforesaid rooms, including, without limitation: (include- ing cost of any heating systems, but excluding installation), installation and removal of any required heating devices, and removal of any such heating devices removed from room after room in the premises, upon the payment by lessee of the cost of cleaning after each such removal thereof. 4. Maintenance of premises at the request of lessor is requested by lessee. 5. Lease provisions include the following: (a) rent allowance; (b) rent rate; .
