All invoices are due and payable in accordance with the schedule above or within thirty (30) days of invoicing unless alternate arrangements are approved in writing by the institution. Amounts not paid when due shall accrue a late charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less. A returned payment fee of $30 will be assessed for any check or electronic payment returned for insufficient funds.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Refunds for withdrawal or dismissal are determined by the date of official notice. Tuition refunds are prorated on a daily session basis less an administrative processing fee of $50. Tuition for courses with documented non-refundable charges will not be refunded. Adjustments will be made in accordance with institutional policy; billing holds will remain until the account is resolved.
