What the Student DELF Form Is and when it's used

The Student DELF Form is a standardized registration and consent document used by schools, language centers, and exam proctors to enroll learners in the DELF (Diplôme d'études en langue française) exam, capture exam level and accommodation requests, and collect payment authorization and parent/guardian consent where required. It combines identity data, exam selection, payment and privacy consent in a single record that institutions keep for exam administration, score reporting, and regulatory compliance. The form may be completed on paper or electronically and can be submitted to testing centers or archived by the issuing institution.

Why a clear Student DELF Form matters

A well-structured Student DELF Form reduces registration errors, documents consent and accommodations, and provides a single authoritative record for exam scheduling and results. It protects institutions from disputes and supports secure recordkeeping for education privacy rules such as FERPA.
