By enrolling the student, the enrolling party agrees to pay tuition and fees in accordance with the schedule above. Late payments shall incur a late fee of up to 1.5% per month on outstanding balances or the maximum permitted by law. Returned checks are subject to a returned item fee. Enrollment Fee is non-refundable. Tuition refunds and pro-ration are governed by Institute policy and are only available under the limited circumstances described below.

Attendance, Cancellation & Make-up Policy

Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons and classes. Lessons canceled by the student with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a make-up. The Institute may provide make-up lessons for lessons canceled by the instructor or due to Institute closures. Make-up lessons are scheduled at the Institute's discretion.

Cancellation & Withdrawal: Written notice to the Institute is required to withdraw from a program. Tuition obligations through the effective date of withdrawal remain payable in accordance with the payment schedule. The Institute reserves the right to terminate instruction for breach of policies, non-payment, or conduct issues; termination does not relieve the enrolling party's obligation to pay accrued tuition and fees.

The undersigned authorizes Institute staff to seek emergency medical attention for the student if necessary and accepts responsibility for associated costs. The Institute shall not be held liable for adverse reactions to treatments rendered by medical professionals retained in such emergency circumstances.

The enrolling party agrees that the Institute may contact the enrolling party by phone, email, or mail regarding scheduling, payments, and educational matters.
