Payment Terms and Fees: Tuition is due pursuant to the selected payment option. Late payment will incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less. Enrollment is not confirmed until required payment or payment arrangement is accepted by the provider. Returned payment fees apply. Material fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided below.

Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the student: - Full refund of tuition, less a non-refundable administrative fee, if written notice is received at least 14 days prior to the first scheduled class. - Fifty percent (50%) refund of tuition if cancellation is received less than 14 days but prior to the first class. - No refund after the first attended session. Transfers to another class or session are permitted subject to availability and a transfer processing fee. Provider reserves the right to cancel the class for insufficient enrollment; in that case, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another class.

Attendance, Conduct and Academic Policies

Students are expected to observe the instructor’s attendance and conduct policies. Repeated unexcused absences may result in removal from the class without refund. The student and guardian agree to comply with all rules, directions and safety requirements. Provider may dismiss a student for behavior that jeopardizes safety or learning; dismissal does not entitle the student to a refund except at provider's discretion.
