Risk, Liability, and Insurance

Student acknowledges that participation in the incubation program may involve risks related to prototype development, equipment use, and external engagements. Student releases the Incubator from liability for incidental damages except those arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Incubator. Student agrees to maintain appropriate insurance for activities where personal liability or property damage is reasonably foreseeable.

Media Release & Publicity

Student grants the Incubator a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use Student name, project name, and non-confidential project descriptions in promotional materials, unless Student indicates objection below.

By submitting this form, Student certifies that all information provided is true and complete to the best of Student's knowledge. Student acknowledges receipt of program rules, agrees to comply with institutional policies, and understands that acceptance to the Incubator is subject to program review and resource availability.

Student further acknowledges that the Incubator may require execution of a supplemental agreement addressing equity, licensing, or resource use for projects that receive funding or special support. Such supplemental agreements will be separate documents and will supersede conflicting provisions herein to the extent expressly stated.
