For purposes of these Student MDAM Terms, the following definitions apply: "MDAM" refers to Media, Device and Asset Management systems, software and associated services used by the School to manage institutional digital assets, devices issued to students, and electronic data storage. "Student Data" includes images, video, audio, student work, device metadata, account usage records and any other personally identifiable information collected or generated in connection with School programs and MDAM services. "School" means the educational institution identified above and its authorized employees, agents and service providers.

Consent to Capture, Use and Retention of Media and Student Work

The undersigned grants the School permission to capture, record, reproduce, store and use Student Data for legitimate educational, instructional, archival, promotional and safety purposes. This includes photography, audio recording, video recording, digital copies of student-created work, live streaming of classroom activities, and storage of such materials within MDAM systems. Permission includes limited distribution to other students, parents/guardians, School publications, and internal educational platforms as determined by the School.

Device Enrollment, Management and Monitoring

The School is not responsible for unauthorized access to or misuse of Student Data beyond its reasonable control. The School will limit access to Student Data to authorized personnel and will require third-party service providers to adhere to appropriate privacy and security obligations.

Data Retention, Access and Deletion

Student Data will be retained only as long as necessary for the educational or operational purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law or School policy. Permissions, Opt-Out and Withdrawal
