Assumption of Risk; Release and Indemnification

The student understands that aviation activities involve inherent risks including injury or death and damage to property. The student voluntarily assumes such risks and agrees to release and indemnify the school, its employees, agents, and contractors from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from training activities except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the school.

Indemnification includes defense costs and attorneys' fees arising from claims brought by third parties related to the student's acts or omissions during training.
