6. Attendance, Completion and Certification

Student must attend the minimum required hours and complete assessments to receive a certificate of completion. The Provider reserves the right to withhold certification for failure to meet attendance, assessment, or conduct requirements.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by the Student must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if any, are subject to Provider refund policy and any non-refundable fees. Provider may cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond Provider's control; in such cases Provider's liability is limited to refund of tuition for the canceled portion.

8. Liability, Indemnity and Disclaimers

Provider makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose regarding training outcomes, and expressly disclaims any guarantee of certification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Student releases and agrees to indemnify Provider from claims arising from Student's use of training materials, software, or equipment, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence by Provider.

9. Data Privacy and Media Release

Provider may collect and retain personal data necessary for administration, certification, and reporting. Student consents to the collection and use of such data in accordance with Provider policies. Audio, photo, or video recordings made in the course for educational or administrative purposes may be retained; consent is requested below.

10. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below, Student (and Parent/Guardian if applicable) acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Agreement, including payment obligations, acceptable use rules, liability provisions, and Provider policies. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes prior representations or agreements.
