TERMINATION AGREEMENT AGREEMENT made this day of , between , hereinafter called the A Employer, @ and , hereinafter called the A Employee. @ WHEREAS, Employee is presently employed by Employer as a __________________; and WHEREAS, Employee desires that his employment with Employer be terminated effective this the day of , 20 ; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual promises set forth herein, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1.
