I haven't tested this but here's is my best guess.Install Dropbox/Skydrive app on your new laptop and sign in. Both Dropbox and Skydrive have a local folder which is synced to the cloud. Disconnect your Internet connection (to disable sync) and copy the required files from your hard drive to appropriate folder(s). Wait. You should see a sync complete notification in quick time.Prerequisite : Dropbox/Skydrive (should) maintain a block level hash for all uploaded files. Hash comparison would tell that the required files are already present, making any network transfer unnecessary.
