hello everyone I'm Amit from male smartly today in this video you will learn how to adjust line spacing in email while you create a new email or you reply or forward in Microsoft Outlook application I have already created an email but the only problem is it doesn't have any spaces among the paragraphs and the lines by default it is arranged with the minimum spacing Allowed by Outlook so if I want to change the spacing between lines and paragraphs what I have to do first of all I have to select the entire content using my mouse left button or you can simply use your control a key to select the whole page you have to go to the format text from the above ribbon there is an option in the paragraphs which is line and paragraph spacing you simply hit in the drop down appears you can see 1.0 the tick mark is already marked here this is the minimum and by default Arrangement by Outlook if I select 1.15 you'll see the change in the lines the space is little bit increases if I again change it to 1.5 I change it to 2.0 2.5 and 3.2 these are some options provided by Outlook and you can arrange your content ing to the visibility in the likes you want there is one problem when I select any one of it Forex for instance 1.5 the spaces increases but still in all the paragraphs see this paragraph in this paragraph there must be the standard space which is required so what I have to do again go to the this option line and paragraph spacing and click on add spaces before paragraphs or add spaces after paragraphs these are two options which allow you to add spaces before or after paragraphs which look tidy so I use C when I remove this cursor from this option it again look like the normal and when I again click here so now the spacing on the line is 1.5 which is good for me and the spacing between the paragraphs increases if you want to remove or you want to change you again click here and you can remove spacing after paragraphs and you can add spacing before paragraphs you can change it ing to a requirement there is another option which is line spacing options when I click here there is an option spacing here you can see before after line spacing and some other options also here so you can manually change your spacing ing to your requirement which is not by default available in the ribbon in the drop down list you can add here also and you can change the line spacing from this drop down list also this is single which is one double at least exactly in multiple so I use at least and when I select at least I can further change or modify the points ing to my requirement and simply hit ok now all is set you can see it's look beautiful now now that way you can modify your text and add spacing in the lines as well as in the paragraphs I have already created a keyboard shortcut tutorial for you you can manage all these spacing in paragraph options using keyboard shortcut the link is available on the right corner of your screen I hope you found this video useful also if you like this video don't forget to like And subscribe this YouTube channel and also click on the Bell icon so you will never miss out any Outlook tips and problem solvers videos I come up with thank you and have a nice day thank you
