all right this is Chad with Nova sign and today I'm going to show you how to add a scrolling text ticker to the digital signage content when I say tuck sticker and refer referring to a scrolling notification of taxed either left to right right to left or top to bottom of text that's scrolling onto the screen so to get started in the upper right of Nova sign comm we have the login button I will select that first this opens up our online dashboard studio that you'd use to access the content to get started we'll select create from template this takes us to our library templates I'll start something fresh so let's first add a backdrop image so I drag the image widget onto the screen I'm selecting a image that I have pre-loaded I will take this full screens we have a nice image now let's add a ticker so on the Left we have a T symbol widget it says ticker so I'm going to click on that and drag it to the screen once selected I can click the box and move it so what I'm doing here is adding a ticker on the bottom of the screen here on the right you'll notice it says properties so if I select a plus it enables me to add some text so we'll start with a title so let's say today's news company lunch at 1:00 p.m. there we go I'm going to add another message and employee training Thursday October 21st it okay now below it it says display and speed so speed is referring to how fast scrolling tickers moving below that it says up so that means the messages will be moving up so if I hit play you'll see it moving up but for this situation I'm going to change it to go left and so now you'll see here on the bottom it says today's news now I want to make that faster so I'm going to click on speed change that to 15 and there we go now if we wanted to maybe add a backdrop color or change the font size we can do that as well so I'm gonna scroll down on the right where it says ticker properties it says format so title format is going to be the title text so I'm going to change that to white notice here the font size I can change I can change the font style as well right now we'll leave as is then I'm going to change the color of the subtext to white now I scroll down and further as appearance fill so that's the backdrop so I'm going to put a black backdrop so to give some nice contrast also notice here I can do opacity so it's not control its opacity is level so if you don't want it to be a solid black you can adjust that which gives it a nice...
