>> GSA has provided templates for price proposals for MAS offers to utilize when preparing their offer. The price proposal template for services is located on the available offering and requirements page on GSA.gov. You can find the template here under templates to download complete and upload in eOffer. Here is our services and training template. So, when you open this template, the first thing that will come up is the read me first. And this tab provides instructions for completing this template. As you can see, guidance is provided for SIN's proposed, services proposed, training course, language services or support items, labor category description for keywords, so on and so forth. All the information that you'll need to complete the next tab. In addition, we've provided instructions for completing the fixed escalation for services tab, which I will provide an overview shortly. So, our services pricing tab starts with vendor name, SIN/SIN's proposed, labor category title, labor category description with a maximum of 250 words and any keywords that you may want to include with this description. Minimum education and minimum years of experience. And whether or not there are required licenses or certification. We've also provided a column for security clearance required. And we have a dropdown here for yes or no. Contractor or customer facility or both. And again, we've provided a dropdown here. And domestic, overseas or worldwide, which we've provided a dropdown. And you will see commercial pricelist or market prices, unit of issue. And then, most favored customer any additional commercial MFC price, discount offered to GSA, so on and so forth. So, I just want to draw attention that these first two rows that we've provided two different formulas. The first is where commercial price list is provided. And then, the discount offered to GSA is known. So, it's at 15 percent in this example. The second row is if the discount is not exactly known and the offeror wants to provide the final GSA price. And then, it'll back in that discount for that formula. So, you can see here the formula backs in what that final price is. And then, finally, a column for supporting invoice or document number as a reference. Okay. So, this, this tab fixed escalation for services. This tab provides the formula for 20 years of out year of pricing. So, here you will enter your escalation rate. And this is based on EPA clause I-FSS-969 fixed escalation with out year pricing. We'll complete the SIN, the labor category and then provide the current market rate, the GSA discount. And then, this will populate the GSA price without IFF. And then, with IFF. And then, moving forward this will, this formula will incorporate the fixed escalation for each year and include the IFF. So, I just want to draw your attention back to the read me first where we include instructions for this. But there's also a note here. The first 100 rows are populated with formulas for 20 years of out year pricing for adjustments based on escalation rates negotiated prior to contract award. In accordance with I-FSS 969 B1, normally when escalation rates are negotiated, they result in a fixed rate for the term of the contract. No separate contract modification will be provided when increases are based on negotiated escalation rates. Price increases will be effective on the 12-month anniversary date of the contract effective date, subject to the below. And please note that the government reserves the right to exercise one of the following options. Number one -- accept the contractor's price increases, as requested, when all conditions of this clause are satisfied. Negotiate more favorable prices when the total increase requested is not supported. Or three -- decline the price increase when the request is not supported. The contractor may remove the items from contract involved pursuant to the cancelation clause of this contract. So, that's our fixed escalation for services tab. And again, that is provided for the first 100 rows of the formulas. We also have a tab for courses and training. That starts with our vendor name and the SIN proposed, course title, course description, course length, minimum participants, maximum, so on and so forth. And again, we've provided a dropdown for contractor or customer facility or both. And then, we've provided formulas for the first two rows. And similar to the services pricing, we've provided those two different formulas where one is based off the discount that's offered to GSA. And then, the second is based off of the, the final price offered to GSA. And then, the discount is calculation is backed into that. We have our language services translation pricing. You can see source language, target language, both to and from, so on and so forth. And all the, the pricing for that. Then, our language services other services, source language target, both to and from, language service performed, and other services performed. And then, finally, our last tab is for SIN 541810ODC. And this is our other direct, other direct cost tab. And this is where you'll provide that pricing information for that. And again, we've provided the first 100 rows.
